Disabled Youth Awareness, Inc. 2008

New for 2008 is a program setup by Daren Poole Adams as part of the ongoing DYA program in the area. A 1998 LT-1 Firebird will be campaigned in IHRA Division 9 by the Lattimor Baptist Church Youth Group, the car and all its maintenance items will be provided by Poole Adams Racing Inc. and the program will be funded by DPA Equipment Inc. The youngsters will work together to finish the car as well as all the maintaince tasks. The car will be driven by 17 year old Jason Fite. As well as racing the car the youngsters will be showing the car at area schools for the handicapped. Anyone wishing to help the group can contact Daren at RACEGUMP@cs.com
